Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 2–5 working days to major cities and 5–7 working days to remote areas, through TCS, Leopards and M&P.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 3,499 and above. Below that, delivery is Rs. 149.

How do I track my order?
We send tracking details by SMS once your parcel ships. You can also message us your order number on WhatsApp.

Payment

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available all over Pakistan. You can also pay by card, bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Prepaid orders are dispatched faster.

Materials & care

What is the jewellery made of?
Our pieces are made from 316L surgical stainless steel with gold or rhodium plating. They are sweat-proof, tarnish-resistant and skin-safe.

How do I care for my jewellery?
Wipe it with a soft dry cloth and store it in its box. Avoid perfume and harsh chemicals directly on the piece to keep the shine longer.

Warranty

Do your pieces come with a warranty?
Yes. Every piece has a 2-year warranty against tarnishing, colour loss and manufacturing defects. Send us your order number and a photo of the piece to make a claim.

Sizing

How do I choose my size?
Most rings, bracelets and chains are adjustable, so one size fits most. Bracelets adjust to roughly 18–21 cm. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you pick.

Gift box

Does my order come in a gift box?
Yes, pieces marked "Free Designer Gift Box Included" arrive gift-ready. You can also add our Handmade Exclusive Premium Box to any order.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging. Contact us with your order number first and we'll share the next steps. Return address: 27 Safari Villas, Bahria Town, Lahore 54000. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us as soon as you receive it, with photos, and we'll replace it.
